Anyways, I do both myself…and actually I don’t put much effort on it… :P
I dye my hair regularly in bluish-black(most part of it) and white (underneath), side-cut and cut my fringe with hair clipper (yeah! it’s the best choice to do whatever shape you want)…
I re-design my eyebrows with eye-pencil and make it softer using a brush, doing some sort of ‘shading’ (not to be with terrible marks of lines or really fake/exaggerated look)…
